3.12. Bitmap Image Not Valid?

I get an error that says 'bitmap image not valid' when trying to click on the your logo tab under management > configure estimate. I also cannot print. . .what do I do?

This error is pointing to a corrupted bitmap file which is the logo in this case.
The steps for resolution are as follows:
1. Click Management > Configure EstiMate > Your Logo. If you get the error message again, press OK on it.
2. Press the 'clear logo' button.
3. Click the green OK checkmark.
4. Click Management > Repair/Maintain Data Files.
5. Click the verify and rebuild button, and close the window when it is done.
6. Redo your logo file and then import it into EstiMate.
NOTE: We have found that not all graphics software work well with the windows bitmap (bmp) format. Most notibly Corel Draw. You may try opening your logo file in another program like windows paint, saving it and then importing it back into EstiMate.
