3.59. Error: Invalid Parameter when starting EstiMate?

I am getting an error that says Invalid Parameter when starting EstiMate what do I do to get EstiMate running again?

To resolve this issue the following steps are necessary.
1. Backup your data.
* On the computer you want to back up data on, click Management>backup/restore and the backup/restore data files window will appear, with the backup tab in the forefront.
* Click the backup button on the right. From the 'save as' dialog box click the 'save in' drop down list at the top and choose 3-1/2' floppy A or other drive/location you may have in mind. (This can span multiple floppy discs if necessary). Then enter a name for the file in the file name field at the bottom and click the save button to backup the data.
2. Uninstall EstiMate. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Highlight 'EstiMate Sign Estimating Software and click the add/remove button. Go thru the uninstall screens until you are finished. Close the Add/Remove Programs icon.
3. Delete the EstiMate Directory. Right Click on the Start button, Select Explore. Navagate to the Program Files folder in the list of file folders on the left hand side of the Windows Explorer screen and click the plus sign to the left of the Program Files folder to open it. Find the EstiMate folder and highlight it by clicking on it once. Press the delete key on your keyboard to delete the file. Close Windows Explorer.
4. Re-install EstiMate. Place your EstiMate CD in your CD-Rom drive and follow the on-screen instructions from the install wizard.
5. Contact EstiMate support for new security key or click the continue in demonstration mode button.
6. Restore your data via the following method:

1.On EstiMate's main screen click management>backup/restore.
2.Click the restore tab on the Backup/Restore Data files screen and then click the restore button on the upper right. An open screen will come up.
3. Find the backup file. (if backed up on floppy point the 'look in' dropdown box to the '3 1/2 Floppy A:' selection)
4. Click the open button to restore your data from the backup. NOTE: this will overwrite any data files your are currently using.
