3.140. Version of QBXML requested is not supported or is unknown error?

When i try to connect to quickbooks to import my customer files i get the following message:
"The version of QBXML that was requested is not supported or is unknown"
We are running quickbooks premier 2004.

You will need to take the following alternate steps to import your customer list:

1. In QuickBooks export your customer list to a file.
2. In EstiMate click Management > QuickBooks link > Import contacts from QuickBooks Pre-2002. EstiMate will display an Open dialog box.
3. Choose the file location and the file and press the open button. EstiMate will display the Import Contacts dialog box. Choose desired options, and press the green OK checkmark. You have now successfully imported your contacts.
