3.99. Letters show up as rectangular boxes on an invoice, estimates and reports?

When I print an estimate, invoice, analysis, etc. all of the letters are rectangular boxes. The numbers work fine. What's happening and how do I correct the situation?

There are several possibilities:

1. You are missing essential fonts that EstiMate needs to display and print its reports.

Solution: Review the fonts listed in your Windows/fonts folder. EstiMate uses the Arial family of fonts, so be sure all Arial fonts are installed.

2. You may have more fonts installed than Windows can accept. Font overload is a common problem especially on earlier Windows operating systems such as 95 and 98.

Solution: Try installing and using Font Management software.

3. The operating system is failing to provide the fonts to the application.

Solution: Reinstall the Windows operating system.
