Whats going on with production time and painted backgrounds?
why is there only a small time difference between 1 and 2 coats?
Shouldn't the second coat be double the 38 minute time for one coat?
The production time is not doubled on the second coat because it includes time to select the paint, set
up the sawhorses, get the board on the sawhorses, prepare the board, etc. - and if you fill in the 'background' section first, the production time will reflect only this time and you can see exactly what's going into the preparation of the board.
