3.162. Why does my printer print a blank sheet of paper instead of an estimate or invoice?
Everytime I try to print from EstiMate my printer prints out a blank page, but I can print from other programs. What do I do to get my printout?
1. Open the printer and * physically * inspect the ink cartridges toners or other media. If EstiMate prints a blank page it may be due to low or empty black ink in the printer.
2. If you have inspected the ink cartridges and they all seem full then consider uninstalling the printer drivers, downloading new drivers from the printer manufacturer website, and installing new drivers. Many printing issues are
due to corrupt drivers. This can be true even if you can print from other programs.
I have realized more sales just because I can present them with a computer generated written estimate very quickly, with note typed in. people trust that price.
