3.164. Why is EstiMate rounding when no rounding is selected?

I priced a small job that came out to $14.25 and on the line item screen it shows $14.25 with the rounding box unchecked. But on the New Estimate screen it has the price at $15.00. EstiMate rounded the price up by 75 cents!! Why did EstiMate Round the price?

This issue is due to the minimum amount per order you have selected in your preferences. Click Management > Configure EstiMate > Preferences > Minimums. If the minimum price you want to take per order is above the price on the line item calculation then EstiMate will round the price upward to meet the minimum order requirement you have indicated. In this case it is likely that your minimum was set at $15.00 so EstiMate rounded the price upward to meet your minimum requirement.

I really the like the customer & vendor dashboards - the ability to attach any file to the customer data base in Estimate is great! Categorizing items is also a big help. We have a lot of items we use the retail items plug-in to price & it is nice to be able categorize them now. I am sure there are more features that we will use after we convert to 2011. I have used Estimate since 2003 from Version 1 to Version 2 & now 2011. Every version has come out with more great features.
