Home → EstiMate Version 1 → Error Messages & Behavioral Problems → Why is the quantity off on the estimate when doing multiple sets of prespaced letters?
EstiMate is actually working correctly in this case. It is important to remember that EstiMate is multiplying the number of letters by the number of sets to arrive at the quantity figure listed on your estimate.
For example: Say you are doing 10 sets of 10 letters. EstiMate will multiply the number of letters (10) by the number of sets (10) to arrive at a quantity of 100 in the quantity field on the estimate. Remember: (Number of letters) x (number of sets) = (quantity of letters).
