Whereas there is no 'Save As' menu option Per Se, the function can be easily and effectively done in the software without re-entering your specs twice. The procedure is as follows:

1. Create a new line item detailing all your specifications such as substrate, vinyl, slider settings etc.
2. Save the line item. From the New Estimate screen highlight the item you just created and click the duplicate item button. A duplicate of the first line item will be created and highlighted.
3. Click the edit item button to edit the duplicate line item. Change the substrate, vinyl or other specification as needed. Click the green check mark to save the item and return to the new estimate screen.
4. Click Print > Estimate
5. From the Print A Report screen uncheck the 'print totals on estimate' box and then click the print icon to print the quote.
6. Present the printed quote to the customer with the two variations on the sign. Have the customer circle or otherwise indicate which one they would prefer.

Following this method will allow you to present multiple variations on a sign to a customer without entering all specs each time or doing multiple printouts.
