4.38. How do I change my default market level?

I am trying to change the default "Market Level" on our vinyl signs plugin. I have tried to figure out how to change this and can not. It is currently set on 40% and it should be higher. I have to change it each time we create an estimate and I want to change the default.

Click the hammer icon at the top of the pricing screen, change the market level and click the green OK checkmark to save.
