Home → EstiMate Version 1 → How Do I... → How do I do a summary quote in EstiMate?
Method 1:
Enter all signs separately then add a 'Free Form' line item with the total of all signs; when click print > estimate. On the print a report screen uncheck all line items listed at the bottom of the screen except the free-form one that has the total for all signs.
An example: Say you are doing 10 signs of different sizes and each prices for a customer. The customer doesn't want an itemized statement for each sign or component of the sign, just a description and price for the total package.
Initially you would want to input all ten signs into the estimate as separate line items, then add an eleventh line item using the 'free form' plugin whose description might read 'Ten signs for inside of store' then put the total price of all the signs. Then proceed to print the estimate, and on the 'Print A Report' dialog box uncheck all the previous 10 line items leaving only the 11th 'Free Form' line item that has the summarized description and the total price.

Method 2:
Make an estimate with everything itemized and a second with only one free-form line item that is the total of all the signs.
