1.35. What are the height and width for when I am adding a substrate?

I am adding a new substrate to the list and am wondering what the height and width columns are for.

The height and width columns are for the exact measurement of the substrate as it comes from the supplier.
E.G. A 4x8 sheet of aluminum would be best described by inputting the integer '4' in the height column and clicking the radio button for feet. Do the same for the 8 foot width.
