How do I price a sign that has a digital print on it without showing the digital print as a separate line item?

It is possible to incorporate a digital print into your sign without using a separate line item. Use the following method:

1. In the Digital Printing section of EstiMate figure out how much one squate foot of digital print costs you and how much to sell it for.
2. Create a 'vinyl' in your vinyls database (Edit Data Files > Ingredients > Vinyls) that reflects these numbers.
3. When you are preparing a vinyl signs quote (New Estimate > Add Item > Vinyl Signs) you can select the new 'Vinyl' to use on any substrate you like and the hard numbers will be extremely close.

In this way you have essentially incorporated a digital print as a vinyl.
