2.5. Digital Printing Pricing off when using mm instead of inches?

If I install the program to work in inches and leave all the defults and calculate a single 3" x 3" color camm print it works out at about $10.00 which appears OK.
If I install the program for mm and work out a single Color Camm print 100mm x 100mm it works out at $90.00, way too high (that is $90.00 each), if I change the quanity to 10 it works out at $81.00 ($8.10 each)So it's cheeper for 10 than for 1 ?

The real issue is in the foils database and how the dimensions are listed in a metric install of EstiMate.

When estimating in inches EstiMate's default dimensions for a ColorCamm / Plus 4-Color Resin is 1" X 270 feet. When you install EstiMate for metric calculations the ribbon price is still the same but the dimensions listed for the ribbon are 1mm X 270mm. Note that the height dimension is indeed 1mm.

Solution: convert the ribbon dimensions into metric equivalents and re-price the digital print. You should see a significant difference in the price.
