5.6. Why can't I get Help from this program?

When I try to access EstiMate's Help files I get a Windows error that says "The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which was used in previous versions of Windows and it is not supported in Windows Vista."

How can I get help with EstiMate if I can't access the help system?

Microsoft has used the Windows Help Program for years, but there has not been a major upgrade in years. Starting with Windows Vista­ Microsoft no longer includes the Help Program with the operating system.

If you are using Windows Vista as your OS, and you need to access EstiMate's Help Files you will need to download the Windows Help Program (WinHlp32.exe) from Microsoft's website.
