3.62. Error: reading discountbtn.glyph.data: the parameter is incorrect?
When I try to open an estimate I get the error message: error reading discountbtn.glyph.data: the parameter is incorrect. What do I do?
1. Press OK on the error message.
2. Close EstiMate, save any work you may be doing in other programs, and close them as well.
3. Restart your computer.
4. After the computer reboots start EstiMate again.
5. Click Management > Repair/Maintain Data Files and click the verify and rebuild button.
6. After the rebuild process is complete press close.
7. Attempt to open an estimate or job again. The problem should be resolved.

It's so easy that we didn't have to "learn" to use it and it's topical editing features are so intuitive and powerful that it took almost no time to customize for our store. Having two vinyl cutters, a large format printer and a Gerber Edge, it's easy to get overwhelmed with pricing custom jobs; we have a pricing guide but it does not cover everything and you can't print from a book. It's much more professional to give a printed quote than a hand-written one.
