3.18. Calculating page message when trying to print?
When trying to print an invoice, I get a "calculating page. . ." message and the page number just keeps going up and never stops and doesn't print. What is happening and how do I get my invoice to print?
The logo height may be beyond the page boundaries. Even if you are not printing with a logo, the logo height is being factored in.
Solution: Click Management > Configure EstiMate > Your logo.
Change the logo height to 1". Click the green OK checkmark to save. Try printing again.
