How can I make the jobs that I have exported to quickbooks dissappear from the export transactions screen?
There is no way to make them dissappear. For a variety of reasons a user may wish to re-export the jobs indicated on the export transactions screen, hence they are left showing on the screen after export. Be advised that QuickBooks will catch duplicates.
If you are vigilant about archiving completed jobs, this will be far less of an issue for you.
