How do I print an estimate to a file?

Instructions for printing a report to a file:

1. Open an estimate and click print > estimate.

2. Click the print icon on the "Print A Report Screen"

3. Click the print icon on the preview screen.

4. Choose the "print to file option" from your printer dialog screen. Choose the type of file (.pdf for example) to print to. Click the three dots and choose a name and location for the file to go on your computer.

5. Click the save button.
