It is very likely you have a corrupted logo. If you cannot reach the your logo tab and the clear logo button because EstiMate freezes or the computer locks up, then you will want to consider two options:
1. Restoring a backup. If you have a recent backup of your EstiMate data you can restore the backup which will overwrite the existing data and is likely to solve the problem.
Pro's of this method:
a. Quick and easy.
Cons:
a. Will overwrite existing data. Anything done in the software since your last backup will need to be manually re-entered.
2. Contact EstiMate support to have the logo removed. Charges may apply.
