4.120. How do I price a project that uses smaltz?

I am using smaltz an would like to know how to price this work.

Procedure:

Add the smaltz in as a "vinyl" (edit data files > ingredients > vinyls) - enter the height and width as 1ft x 1.5 ft (1.5 sf coverage per pound) and enter your cost per pound for the smalts. If you like enter the cost of Smith's cream as well so you are covered for it.

Then when pricing select the smalts "vinyl," set coverage to 100% (or less but not usually), and bump up the General Difficulty Level slider to cover the additional labor involved (keep an eye on the production time as you move the slider).

In this way you have effectively priced smaltz.
